Exchange policy
Because every outfit is made to order, we do not offer returns for change of mind. We are happy to help if something is not right.
- Wrong size: exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the outfit is unworn with tags intact.
- Damaged or wrong item: tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right.

Use the Contact page, share your order number and photos, and we will reply within 24 hours.
